Lashify vs Kiss Falscara: Which is the Better DIY Lash Extension Kit?
If you are looking for a do-it-yourself lash extension kit, you have probably come across Lashify and Kiss Falscara. Both brands offer DIY lash extensions, but which is the better option? In this blog post, we will compare Lashify and Kiss Falscara to help you decide which is the best kit for you!
Lashify Review
Applying Lashify
I recently tried Lashify, a semi-permanent lash extension system that you can apply at home. I was curious to see how it compared to other lash extension options on the market, so I decided to give it a try. The application process took a little bit of practice to get the hang of, but once I did, it was very simple and quick. The lashes themselves lasted for several days and looked very natural. Overall, I was impressed with Lashify and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable way to get semi-permanent lash extensions.
Benefits of Lashify
Lashify was definitely a game-changer for me when it comes to false lashes. I had always prefered DIY Lash Extensions vs striplashes. Lashify, however, which is applied to the underside of the lashes, made such a difference. There was no longer a noticeable black band and they felt incredibly light once applied. Not to mention, I felt like I had been blessed with the Disney princess lashes of my dreams. Overall, I would highly recommend Lashify to anyone who has struggled with regular false lashes in the past. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
Disadvantages of Lashify
I was really excited to try Lashify after seeing all the amazing reviews. I was especially intrigued by the idea that I could have beautiful, long lashes for up to a week with very little effort. However, I have to say that I haven’t had the same experience as many of the other reviewers. For me, Lashify has been pretty hit or miss. I find them very easy to apply, but I haven’t had much luck getting them to stay put overnight. And while I have been able to keep them on for a week, it’s been more of a struggle than I would like. Overall, I think Lashify is a great product with a lot of potential, but it hasn’t quite lived up to my expectations.
Kiss Falscara Review
After trying Lashify, I was ready to move on to Kiss Falscara. Whereas Lashify lashes are single-use (but can be kept on for up to seven days), Falscara can be reused up to three times (but you take them off at the end of each day).
Benefits of Kiss Falscara
The lashes looked long and lush, but not over the top and I am glad decided to give them a try. They were very easy to apply as Lashify, and they stayed put all day long, even when I accidentally rubbed against my eyes. The lengthening style is the perfect balance between natural and dramatic. They made my eyes look brighter and more open. I think Kiss Falscara is definitely a good competitor when you consider the price.
Disadvantages of Kiss Falscara
Falscara is a great product, but it does have one major shortcoming: its tweezer tool. The Lashify tweezers are able to curve around your eye and secure everything in place, which makes the process much easier. However, the Falscara tweezers are not able to do this, so you have to use your fingers to manage everything. This can be a bit difficult and time-consuming, but it is still possible to get the job done. Overall, I would recommend Falscara to anyone looking for a great falsies solution, but just be aware that the tweezer tool is not as good as Lashify’s.

The Final Verdict
The most obvious difference between Lashify and its competitors is the price. Lashify’s Control Kit is $145 and includes black and clear bond, glass, two sets of lashes, and the application tool. That’s close to what you’d pay for a professional lash extension application, which most Lashify reviews are quick to point out. However, Lashify also offers flexible weekly, biweekly, monthly, and bimonthly memberships with discounts. A monthly supply of three sets of lashes, lash prep, bond, and seal would set you back just over $100. For those who are looking for a more affordable option, Lashify is definitely worth considering.
The Kiss Falscara Starter Kit is a great value, as it includes everything you need to get started for just $20. After the initial cost of the starter kit, though, the two products are a lot closer in price. A Falscara bond and seal costs $10 and replacement eyelashes are $7. If you were to buy a bond and seal and enough lashes for every day of the month, you’d spend about $80. However, even at that price, this is still a fraction of the cost of other what it would cost to go to a set of traditional Lash Extensions. So if you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive way to add a little extra flair to your look, Kiss Falscara is definitely worth checking out.
All in all, I found both products to be very respectable and I will continue using both brands, but for different occasions. For the the special occasions like weddings, travel and big celebrations, I would likely choose to go with Lashify. On the daily, however, I feel like Kiss Falscara may be a better option so I can save some of my hard earned money.
